U.S. Army in Town, Generating Interest in Non-Combat Jobs

U.S. Army Reserve Units personnel and the Horseheads Army Recruiting Center used a unique way to recruit students at a local BOCES campus on Thursday. The focus of the event was to inform the Career and Technical Education students on how their skills can be used in the Army, and if the Army or Reserves would be a good choice after high school. As technology continues to advance across the globe, STEM occupations are growing, and the Army has upped priority in these programs. Read more
