NMSU Army ROTC kicks off all-night ranger challenge

On Friday, 100 Army cadets from universities across the Southwest descended on New Mexico State University for the start of the annual Brigade Ranger Challenge Competition, now its 25th year. It's the first time the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps program at NMSU has hosted the two-day challenge, which pits teams of 11 cadets against each other in 11 events that test their physical fitness and problem-solving and military skills.
