Ag education helps students succeed

Student involvement is key to the success of local agriculture education programs. Agricultural education students, who are involved in FFA projects as part of their coursework, are realizing other accomplishments for themselves and their schools as well. It’s hoped that a horticulture student will eventually be able to use his or her supervised agricultural experience as part of the ag education program, gaining valuable entrepreneurship skills in the money-making venture.
